The university has added the marketing and communications team within the Office of University Advancement, and has began a search for a senior director of marketing and communications.
The pageant will begin at 6 p.m. in the Russell Fine Art Center's Harwood Recital Hall with the Miss Henderson State University Teen Scholarship competition.
To be named to the Chancellor’s List, a student must have achieved a 4.0 grade point average for the entire semester. To make the Honor Roll, a student must have received at least a 3.5 grade point average for the semester.
The Arkansas Aviation Historical Society funds and awards scholarships annually to encourage young people to pursue careers in aviation.
The university will hold one ceremony at 10 a.m. in the Duke Wells Center. Doors will open for the general public at 9 a.m. Henderson will present honorary bachelor’s degrees in business administration to Anita Cabe and her husband, the late Charles Cabe.
UPDATE: Due to weather, the Carol of Lights holiday program will be Monday, December 1 at 6 p.m. in the Garrison Center Ballroom. Luminaries will be on the South Lawn on Tuesday, December 2.
Auto tracking PTZ cameras were recently installed in Henderson’s Education Center that can follow instructors as they move around the room, providing both live video and audio to off-campus viewing locations.
