The Symphony Band is comprised of student musicians from across campus who have demonstrated an outstanding level of musicianship and commitment to musical excellence. This ensemble performs two on-campus concerts during the spring semester, featuring works that are considered to be among the core wind repertoire.
Membership is open to all university students regardless of major, and is by audition only. The Symphony Band rehearses three times per week on Monday and Wednesday from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm and Friday from 4:00 pm - 4:50 pm in the spring semester, and the course may be repeated for credit.
