Registrar and Advising

Advising Center Operations During COVID-19 Outbreak

As Henderson State University makes adjustments in response to COVID-19, the Advising Center is committed to continuing our service to undergraduate students. In-office appointments are available with proper social distancing in place, and can be scheduled via the links below next to each advisor's picture and name. Depending upon your needs and access to technology, your professional advisor is also available to help you remotely.

Please pay careful attention to the following:

Course Withdraws: At this time deadlines for course withdraws (see academic calendar) are not being extended. Students should obtain the appropriate withdraw form from the Registrar Forms page. The form may be submitted via your address to Please note that forms submitted using alternative email addresses will not be accepted. Please note your advisor will not be able to submit a withdraw on your behalf – you will need to send your own withdraw request to

Registration Meetings with Professional Advisors: Students who are eligible to register themselves online are being encouraged to do so. We appreciate some students eligible to register themselves will still want to meet with an advisor. We will accept appointments to meet with these students. However, students who do not have the option to register in Campus Connect will be given first priority.

Making Appointments with Professional Advisor: Please see the list of advisors below. When ready to make an appointment you may access the Schedule an Appointment link.

The team of academic advisors in the Academic Advising Center is committed to student success. We focus on the individual academic needs of each student and steer them toward the programs and resources that will help them graduate from Henderson State University. We help our students grow by instilling a sense of responsibility and independence while respecting communication and cultural backgrounds.

Feel free to contact your Professional Advisor directly, or call the Academic Advising Center at 870-230-5077 to schedule an appointment.
