SFC Nicholas L Adams

SFC Adams joined the United States Army August 10, 2010, and graduated OSUT in November 2010 at Fort Benning, Georgia. SFC Adams served in various units including Creek Company, 2/4 Infantry Battalion, 4th BCT Fort Polk, LA, Charlie Company,1/28 Infantry Battalion, Fort Benning, GA, Chaos Company, 3/69 Infantry Battalion, 1st ABCT, Fort Stewart, GA, Delta Company, 3/60th Infantry Battalion, 193rd BDE and Juliet Company, 2/7 Infantry Battalion, 3rd ABCT & Bandit Troop, 1st Squadron (Tiger), and 3rd Cavalry Regiment, Fort Hood, TX. He is now serving as a ROTC instructor at both Henderson State University and Ouachita Baptist University.
His deployment experience includes two combat deployments to Afghanistan for a total of 19 months and another 27 months of total operational deployment experiences to South Korea, Poland, and Lithuania. He served as a RTO, 240 Gunner, Infantry Rifleman, Fire Team Leader, Squad Leader, Weapons Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, and First Sergeant in his Army career.
His awards and decorations include: 1x Meritorious Service Medal, 3x Army Commendation Medals, 6x Army Achievement Medals, Order of Saint Maurice, Combat Infantry Badge, Expert Infantry Badge, Air Assault Badge, Drill Sergeant Badge, and various other awards & medals.
SFC Adams is from Hoschton, Georgia and his wife, Lauren, is from Georgia as well. They have three children.

1LT Stephenson joined the Arkansas Army National Guard February 20, 2020, and graduated basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. on July 31, 2020. After completion of basic training, 1LT Stephenson served as an SMP Cadet in Delta Company 2-153 IN and completed the ROTC program at the University of Central Arkansas. In May of 2022, 1LT Stephenson graduated with his B.A. in Business and Economics from Hendrix College and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Arkansas Army National Guard. In June of 2024, 1LT Stephenson graduated from Arkansas State University with an M.B.A.
Since commissioning, 1LT Stephenson has completed the Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course and the Maneuver Captain’s Career Course at Fort Benning, Georgia. He has served as a Heavy Weapons Platoon Leader in Delta Company 2-153 IN, a Light Infantry Platoon Leader in Charlie Company 2-153 IN, and most recently as a Reconnaissance Platoon Leader in HHC 2-153 IN.
