Henderson to host ESOL Institute for Arkansas teachers in July

The institute is a high-quality educator training program for Arkansas-licensed educators leading to their eligibility to apply for an Arkansas ESOL Endorsement. The in-person session will be held July 15-20, with online follow-up sessions.

Henderson State commencement May 3 in Duke Wells Center

The ceremony for graduates from the academic areas of Health, Education, and Social Sustainability will start at 10 a.m. At 2 p.m., graduates from the areas of Applied Professional Science and Technology; Arts and Humanities; and Business, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, will receive their degrees.

Henderson Wind Ensemble, Symphony Band to perform April 25

The concert will held in the Russell Fine Arts Center's Harwood Recital Hall at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public. The performances can also be viewed online via Facebook Live at facebook.com/HSUBand.
