If you are interested in making a difference in the learning experience of exceptional learners, majoring in Special Education K-12 will help you on that path. This program is designed to prepare you to work with students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade.
Special Education candidates are required to pass the Special Education: Core Knowledge and Applications 0354/5354 Praxis assessment, Praxis 5511- Fundamental Subjects, and Arkansas Foundations of Reading prior to receiving their standard license.
