Henderson State's data science program prepares students for a wide variety of careers within the corporate world, government, all business disciplines, and self-employment. The program provides students with deep technical knowledge, expertise in how to apply that knowledge, and an understanding of how data is collected, analyzed and used.
The information gained through the data science program positions students to inform and develop solutions within a range of pressing challenges. These challenges include helping industries adapt to a new world of data, amplifying learning in educaiton, assisting communities that are recovering from disasters, and more.
Data science offers a suite of undergraduate courses and programs designed to equip and empower students of all backgrounds, and with any level of prior programming and statistics experience, to become practitioners of rigorous, thoughtful, and ethical data science.
