The Engineering and Physics Department at Henderson State University is comprised of faculty dedicated to providing educational quality in a hands-on setting. Our mission is to provide high-quality, interactive instruction at an undergraduate level incorporating industry standards in technology and software. We provide courses in the general education area of physical science and pre-professional courses in physics, as well as providing intensive instruction to physics and engineering majors. We prepare our graduating students to compete successfully for desired professional positions or to be accepted into highly selective graduate programs.
