Spann, a 1968 graduate of Henderson and a CPA, will serve until 2025.
Exhibit in Hot Springs to feature Latino artists
An opening reception will be be held June 7. The exhibit continues through Aug. 30. The artists are immigrants or descendants of immigrants from Latino countries.
