The Carol of Lights program is Dec. 1 with luminaries Dec. 2

UPDATE: Due to the inclement weather forecast, the Carol of Lights holiday program will be Monday, December 1 at 6 p.m. in the Garrison Center Ballroom. Luminaries will be displayed on the South Lawn on the evening of Tuesday, December 2. Please join us for the return of this beautiful campus event, which is free and open to the public!
The popular Carol of Lights holiday program will return to Henderson State University on Monday, December 1 at 6 p.m. The South Lawn will be lined with hundreds of luminaries and filled with festive holiday music.
Entertainment at the Arkansas Hall steps will begin with the Henderson State Herald Trumpets and feature performances by the Nickelodeon and New Edition Choirs from Peake Elementary School.
Henderson student groups including NuFusion, Flute Choir, Trombone Choir, Choral Ensemble and the HSU Spirit Squads will perform.
Chancellor Trey Berry will present “Twas the Night Before Christmas,” and Santa Claus has scheduled a special visit.
The event is free and open to the public.
