Bailey-Brownlee named director of alumni services

Arkadelphia native Amber Bailey-Brownlee has joined Henderson State University’s Office of Advancement as director of alumni services.

Bailey-Brownlee graduated from Henderson in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and earned her Master of Business Administration in public and non-profit management from Henderson in 2019.

“We are excited for Amber to join the advancement team and to continue a proud legacy of service to Henderson alumni and friends,” Tina Hall, vice chancellor of advancement, said.

Amber has previously served Henderson as an admissions counselor, financial aid analyst, and assistant director of financial aid.

“Our alumni and friends are the foundation and strength of Henderson State,” Bailey-Brownlee said. “We are united in our mission to promote and advance Henderson.

“I am elated to join the advancement team, and look forward to working with the alumni association of my alma mater.”

Bailey-Brownlee, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority Inc., said she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, co-managing her video-selfie booth, and traveling.
