Reeves receives ROTC memorial scholarship

Henderson State University ROTC Cadet Colton Reeves was awarded the ROTC Graduates Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial Scholarship at a ceremony Sept. 21 at Henderson State University.
Reeves is a senior integrated studies major from Benton and will graduate in December.
The award was presented by retired U.S. Col. Tom Curry, who is a partner with McMillan, McCorkle & Curry, LLP, in Arkadelphia.
The scholarship was established in memory of nine Henderson State ROTC graduates who were killed in action in Vietnam.
They include Bob Nolen, Harry Godwin, Chester Lee, Thomas L. Hoover, Kyle Addair, Jerry White, Donald Kingery, Joseph Poe and Dexter Florence.
