Sign up or upgrade your meal plan by contacting housing at housing@hsu.edu or 870-230-5083 before census day. If you sign up after census day, please contact the business office at 870-230-5113.
Meal Plan Options
- 17 Meals/week + $175 Declining Cash Balance -- $2,045
- 10 Meals/week + $225 Declining Cash Balance -- $1,660
- Commuter $250 Declining Cash Balance Meal Plan -- $250
- $500 Declining Cash Balance Only -- $500
Students in residence halls must select the 17 meals per week plan while students in on-campus apartments must select either the 10 or 17 meals per week plan. Full-time commuter students (minimum 80% on campus classes) are required to purchase the commuter meal plan.
Declining cash balance (DCB) is a type of bank account connected to your student ID that can be used at Starbucks, Reddie Grill, and Chick-fil-A. DCB is available for all Henderson State University students and is non-refundable.
Students can only add up to $500 extra DCB on their student account before census day. No additional DCB may be purchased on a student account after census day. Students can purchase DCB on their student account in increments of $250 or one purchase of $500. View Henderson State's academic calendar for census day dates.
Faculty and staff can grab a Sogo card from the register and load it online at sogocashcard.com. Employee meals cost $5.77, excluding taxes.
