Grades are considered late when faculty fail to submit them electronically to the Registrar’s Office by the set deadline each academic session. Late grade submissions should be rare, but can occur for a variety of reasons – a late grade is not necessarily an error. Late grades will automatically be transcripted as NR = No Grade Submitted, which has no bearing on grade point average (GPA). Faculty submitting late grades to the Registrar’s Office may do so by sending a single email for each student with the correct grade. The Registrar’s Office will process these as grade changes.
