Henderson State's Educational Leadership program serves PreK-12 educators in Arkansas and beyond. The program is driven by research and is delivered through coursework aligned to the standards for National Educational Leadership Preparation (NELP), the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL), and the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). Students gain awareness, knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to be productive and successful educational leaders.
