Admission for Transfer Students
Each year at Henderson, we welcome students who transfer here from other colleges and universities. Transfer students play a vital role in our campus community, and they bring a valuable perspective with them.
In order to transfer to Henderson from another school, you must be in good academic standing, have completed at least 12 transferable credit hours, and must have a GPA of no less than 2.0 based on Henderson’s computation of courses. If you don’t have 12 transferable credit hours, you must meet the minimum test score requirements, have a GPA of no less than 2.0, and you must be eligible to return to the last college you attended. Students who have completed less than 60 transferable hours (or who have not completed an associate’s degree) must provide ACT, SAT or Compass test scores.
Here are the items you’ll need to get the ball rolling on your transfer to Henderson:
- Henderson Application for Admission
- Separate official transcripts from each college attended
- Test Scores (if you’ve completed less than 60 hours)
- A Certification of Immunization
