Immunization Information and Forms

Student Health and Counseling Center services are available to Henderson State University students. In addition, faculty and staff may contact the Health and Counseling Center for information on services including consultations, referrals, concerns about students and wellness programs.

Student Health Center

Primary health care for illnesses and minor injuries, and health promotion services are provided by registered nurses and an advanced practice registered nurse.

Student Counseling Center

Professional counselors provide one-on-one consultation for Henderson students. Counseling staff act as a referral resource for other Henderson State University members. Group therapy is also available to provide peer support in times of need. The University Counseling Center's staff refers students to specialists if there is a need for extra support.
