Schuster selected for Station1 fellowship

Joseph Schuster, a senior from Hot Springs majoring in general engineering at Henderson State University, has been accepted to this summer’s 2021 Station1 Frontiers Fellowship (SFF).

The SFF is a prestigious, fully-funded, 10-week education, research, and internship experience focused on socially-directed science and technology.

Schuster was selected from a pool of several hundred applicants following an extensive application and interview process.

Schuster has already begun his 10-week fellowship, and will participate in exciting research internship projects in emerging fields of science and technology.

He will interact with instructors and mentors across scientific and technological disciplines and fields.

The fellowship provides living expenses and fully-funded instructional costs.
