Job Description:  The Reddie Intervention for Success in Education (R.I.S.E) Program serves the needs of first-time freshmen who are academically at-risk. The R.I.S.E program coordinator will be responsible for gathering, presenting and archiving student success data. In consultation with the Associate Dean of Advising and the Associate Provost for Academic Records/Registrar, data-driven decisions will be made regarding management and long-term development of the R.I.S.E. program. It will fall to the program coordinator to contribute constructively to the decision-making process and implement any needed changes/actions. The program coordinator will be responsible for managing student workers and fixed-term staff as needed to assist the R.I.S.E. program.

Salary:  $32,381.00
