Tk20 ASSESSMENT SYSTEM UNIT ADMINISTRATOR/INSTRUCTOR

POSITION:  Tk20 Assessment System Unit Administrator/Instructor. Ten-month position beginning August 2017.

DESCRIPTION:  Reporting to the Teachers College Associate Dean, the Tk20 Unit Administrator will be primary overseer of the Tk20 comprehensive assessment and data system. This system is used by all departments, including the Office of Admissions and Clinical Experiences. CAEP (NCATE), and Title II data for reporting purposes are captured in the system. The Unit Administrator is responsible for supporting all students and faculty in the system by providing user training, technical assistance, and specific software knowledge and expertise. Serving also as the graduate field placement coordinator, the Unit Administrator will ensure that graduate field placement data is collected in Tk20. The Unit Administrator is expected to manage the development, configuration, and distribution of surveys for stakeholder feedback to the unit. The Unit Administrator serves as the communication connection between all users, software developers, and university technology staff. The Unit Administrator is responsible for the creation, organization, and maintenance of Tk20 assessment files and the generation of reports as requested. The Unit Administrator will teach classes as determined by education and experience.
