Position:  Assistant Professor of English and Writing Program Administrator. Tenure-track appointment beginning August 2017.

Description:  Responsibilities include teaching two classes per semester (primarily or entirely composition), developing and facilitating the first-year writing program, and serving as a writing pedagogy resource for faculty.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition or a closely-related field and provide evidence of successful teaching experience in lower- and upper-level college writing as well as successful leadership within a writing program. The supervision of significant components of a writing program is highly desired.

Salary:  Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
