Position:  Admissions CRM Specialist

Job Description:  Henderson State University invites applications for the position of Admissions CRM Specialist. The Department of Enrollment Services and Admissions seeks a dynamic, innovative, and visionary to manage the daily coordination and delivery of digital content and communications to prospective students, their families, high school and community college partners. The Admissions CRM Specialist supports all aspects of prospective student communications and is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, modifying and managing the Enrollment Services and Admissions policies and procedures involving electronic information and automation systems to improve recruitment efforts across the institution. This position directly oversees the Admissions Office’s customer relationship management (CRM) system and will serve as the liaison to the Computer and Communication Services Department.

The Admissions CRM Specialist will provide support in advancing strategic goals through research and data collection, establishing and managing data collection processes, building reports, and developing and maintaining a system for collecting and communicating data and results. The position will focus on conducting quantitative research, analysis, and predictive modeling. The position includes importing, cleaning, transforming, validating and modeling data with the purpose of understanding and making conclusions from the data for presentation and decision-making purposes in the Department of Enrollment Services and Admissions. This position reports to the Associate Provost of Enrollment Services and Admissions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Ensure CRM data integrity and cleanliness
● Assist in development, management, and creation of automated communication campaigns in CRM
● Develop workflows to automate manipulation of prospect, inquiry, applicant, and decision data
● Implement, develop and maintain templates for imports of all prospect, inquiry, and applicant data
● Write analytical, statistical and comparative reports
● Improve the integration and translation of data in CRM
● Train and provide on-going support to Admissions staff on CRM functionality
● Provide documentation and best practice standards for all users
● Continually develop new work processes in CRM to maximize functionalities of system
● Write, modify, and update data queries in CRM
● Work directly with the Computer and Communication Department to facilitate CRM integration with the University’s ERP and other systems.

At minimum, the candidate must hold an earned baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education in business, computer information systems, communications, marketing operations, or related field. At least 1-3 years of related experience with CRM and ERP systems in a higher education setting is highly desirable.
