Spring Payment Due Date for Pre-Registered Students
All students: Required payment for the spring term is due no later than 3:00 p.m. on January 19, 2016.
It is the responsibility of pre-registered students to make payment by this deadline.
A $50 late fee will be assessed to any account that does not have an approved payment plan through FACTS, payment made in full, or adequate financial aid by the end of January 22, 2016.
A $25.00 late registration fee will be assessed for registrations processed during the late registration period of January 20-22, 2016.
A $5.00 late fee will be assessed for each drop/add after regular registration.
Financial aid recipients: If your award for the spring term, excluding work-study, is less than amount due for payment #1 you must pay the difference by the required due date (no later than 3.00 p.m. January 19, 2016)
Important: If you have registered for spring classes and do not plan to attend, you must withdraw from the university. You can withdraw in the Office of Student Services, Womack Hall 102F; or by using the withdrawal form available at http://www.hsu.edu/registrar.

Go to http://myhenderson.hsu.edu. Login using your username ID and password. Once logged in, select "Courses I Take", then "Account Status". Follow instructions to pay online.
Pre-authorized Book Credits: Pre-authorized book credits for Spring 2015 may be obtained though MyHenderson by clicking "Courses I Take" and then selecting 'yes' under Request for Bookstore Credits from November 6, 2015 through January 10, 2016.

Be aware that even if you never attend class, you will still be assessed partial tuition and full processing fees, unless you completely withdraw during the 100% refund period.
To qualify for a full (100%) refund, students who choose to drop a non-traditionally scheduled class (two week, night, weekend, etc.) must process the drop on the business day following the first day of class. Students who drop non-traditionally scheduled classes must contact student accounts regarding refunds.
