IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk provides support for a wide range of technology on campus. If you have questions about Henderson technology equipment or the services provided, the IT Service Desk is exactly who should be contacted.  The IT Service Desk is available to answer questions for anyone. Although the IT Service Desk will provide assistance if a service is not working properly, the IT Service Desk is not a computer repair shop and cannot repair hardware failures. The IT Service Desk will diagnose the issue and determine the proper course of action to resolve the issue.
