Help Desk - PC Support
The Help Desk (or PC Support) provides support for a wide range of technology on campus. If you have questions about Henderson technology equipment or the services provided, the Help Desk is exactly who should be contacted. The Help Desk is available to answer questions for anyone. Although the Help Desk will provide assistance if a service is not working properly, the Help Desk is not a computer repair shop and cannot repair hardware failures. The Help Desk will diagnose the issue and determine the proper course of action to resolve the issue.
Contacting the Help Desk
The Help Desk is available weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Contact the Help Desk by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by telephone at 870-230-5678. You can also come by Foster Hall 223 during business hours for in-person support.
If the HelpDesk is unavailable at the time of your call, please leave a voicemail with your name, number and a quick summary of why you called.
